Domain name dispute:
Hinet Technologies in our sole discretion, reserve the rights to reject your domain order and/or payment within seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of your order and/or payment. In the event we reject your domain order and/or payment, we agree to refund your applicable fee(s). You agree that we shall not be liable to you for loss or damages that may result from the rejection.
No guarantee
You acknowledge that registration or reservation of your chosen domain name does not confer immunity from objection to either the registration, reservation, or use of the domain name.
All domain registration is based on "first come, first reserve" basis.
