BILLING POLICIES

Hinet Technologies offers 3 , 6 and 12 months billing cycles to all customers.

Billing Information

 3 MONTHS: available for dedicated server only

 6 MONTHS: Available for dedicated server and E-commerce hosting only 

 12 MONTHS: available for all, dedicated server, E-commerce hosting and basic hosting

Credit Card Payment

You will then have 15 days to provide updated information before your account will be suspended. If your account is suspended due to non-payment there is a RM30 / USD8 reinstatement fe . If you are paying by credit card please ensure we have updated credit card information. Please use our secure credit card update form if you need to send us new information.

Personal or Company Cheque

Customers who opts to make their payment by cheque may mail them via Pos Malaysia. Payment considered late after 15 days from the due date stated and the account will be suspended. If your account is suspended due to non-payment, there is a RM30 / USD8 reinstatement fee will be charged.

Kindly state the domain name or any reference number (PI number, Invoice number, renewal notice number, etc) at the back of the cheque. Cheque shall be mailed to the address as follows:

Direct Deposit

Hinet Technologies will accept Direct Deposit payments. If you choose to pay by direct deposit, our account information is provided below:-

Please fax over your bank in slip to us at 603-80706314 as proof of payment.

Disk Usage

If you exceed the allowed disk usage for your account you will be billed a rate of RM200 / USD 56 per 500 MB . Your disk usage is calculated by the average amount of disk space you have used each day in a calendar month. Please remember that the following items count against your disk usage:

All directories/files in your home directory, all directories/files in your anonymous FTP directory, your mailbox(es), and any database that you might be using.

Refund Policy

Each of Hinet Technologies web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding mandatory setup fees and other charges.

Setup Fees are refundable and will be given at the discretion of the company management for the following reasons:

 The account order is cancelled prior to activation.

 The domain name was not available.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; postal mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone and email requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the first 30 days.

Refunds will not be given for any early cancellations.

Reinstatement Fees

Any account that is suspended due to non-payment will incur a RM30 / USD8 reinstatement fee. Accounts are suspended upon 15 days past due.

Service Renewal

Three (3) renewal notifications will be emailed to the address in your billing account. As this is likely the only form of notification you will receive, please keep your E-mail address up-to-date.

When a domain name expires, all services associated with that domain name (web hosting, E-mail, etc.) will stop functioning. Approximately 30 days after the date of expiration, the domain name will be released to the public and become available for registration by other parties.

Hinet Technologies will not proceed with any renewal before receiving any payment. Kindly send in the payment as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to the service.

If you know in advance you do not want to renew, you can E-mail sales@hinet.net.my anytime and the renewal department will perform the necessary changes. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, E-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

It is important for users to contact Hinet Technologies at least 10 days before the renewal date to request non-renewal, cancellation, make any changes and upgrades/downgrades, etc.

Hinet Technologies reserves the right to cancel/ suspend service of an account at anytime without notice and without a refund, in the event that:

 The account is in violation of our posted hosting policy.

 Payment for renewal hosting fees is not received for three (3) months.

 Accounts are suspended within 14 days because no payment was received.

The contents of a cancelled website may be deleted at anytime subsequent to account termination. Website files for canceled accounts are removed from the server 24 hours after the cancellation date and are NOT retrievable except from the server backup. By requesting for this service, a minimal charge of RM100 will be incurred.
